AS A PROCESS ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

• Be a process owner over a high volume production area.
• Update required documentation and support the processes associated with your area
• Support new product introductions
• Troubleshoot, modify, and improve complex processes for increased manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Assist maintenance personnel to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Using lean principles, improve product flow and implement cost reduction initiatives

WHO YOU ARE:

You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options. You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes. You seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Four (4) year technical degree in an engineering related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

• Two (2) or more years of related high volume industrial production experience
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Fanuc Robotic Software
