Salary Range: $22,039.90 annual minimum (Actual salary determined by MSPB)

Schedule: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (Schedule subject to change with the needs of the IID Program.)

Additional percentage may be awarded for experience over minimum qualifications.

Position Description:

The duties will be carpentry work, plumbing, electrical, painting, sheet

rock repair and other duties as assigned. This is a skilled level maintenance position and applicants must possess experience in multiple maintenance fields.

Requirements: Typically requires 1-2 years experience.
