Summary:

Ensures internal and external customers experience high quality, friendly and efficient service by providing administrative support for the Security management team. Work with assigned team members to ensure all assigned administrative functions are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the accuracy of all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures. Provide outstanding service to our guests with questions and/or concerns.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Compose and type correspondence, memorandums, e-mails, reports and miscellaneous documents; review incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail; file correspondence and other departmental records and reports using the various administrative support software programs of Microsoft Office
  • Respond to letters, items of concern, and/or inquiries promptly and politely in accordance with company policies and procedures. Issue involving service disputes above resolution authority are directed to the appropriate member of departmental management
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism; answer non-routine correspondence and assemble confidential and sensitive information
  • Interact with all other departments and support departmental staff as well as outside agencies and vendors, in a courteous, appropriate manner
  • Schedule appointments with guests and/or department management to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Attend meetings as required, record the minutes and later type and distribute the meeting minutes
  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel and office activities
  • Review analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine departmental progress toward stated goals and objectives
  • Assist in maintaining good working relationships with various members of the business community (i.e., Nevada Gaming Commission, Police Department, Sheriffs Department, Fire Department, etc.)
  • Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property by organizing the results of regularly scheduled meetings with the Security department
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
