Assists guests with transactions in the hotel gift shop. Opening and closing store Stocking, cleaning and organizing Picking up bank and returning it to the cage Obtaining newspapers from the Hotel Front Desk Assist Guests with their shopping needs Answer questions regarding the products in the shop Answer questions regarding the property and any special functions Ring Up Sales Handling a cash drawer Assist with inventory as needed Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Performs other duties as assigned
