Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Accounts Payable/Receivable/Payroll clerks and reviewing their work

• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close.

• Complete monthly bank account reconciliations

• Complete W-2, 1095, and 1099 reporting

• Files Quarterly State, and Federal Payroll Tax Returns

• Manage 401k and Profit Sharing Plan

• Manage and renew all business licenses
