Position Summary* *

Transports patients to and from Imaging Service Department and attends to minor patient care needs.

_Minimum Qualifications_

• o Minimum Education: *High school graduate or equivalent preferred. o *Minimum experience: None required; prefer one year experience in a hospital or nursing home. o Certification/Licensure: *CPR certification required. *_EEOC Statement_
