Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Skilled Nursing Facility

LPNs needed inLaredo, TX! This position pays $34/hrfor local candidates, and travel packages are available for those more than 50 miles from the facility. Qualified LPNs will have at least 6 months of recent floor-nursing experience, and be ready to hit the ground running. Positions available immediately.

• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed

• Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays

• Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being

• Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FORLPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

• 6 months of experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing

• Current BLS certification from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC)

• Active LPN license in TX
