Trinity Health Mid Atlantic – St. Mary Physician’s Group is looking for a Nocturnist (night shift). The Nocturnist Physician provides care to patients in the medical office setting as well as in hospital, 7 on 7 off schedule. The Physician should be committed to helping the patient population reach optimal health. The physician will provide direct patient care including diagnosis, treatment and/or proper referral while maintaining expected medical standards. The physician will work collaboratively with NP’s, RN’s and clinical staff. They must be cognizant of and comply with all of SMMC/SMPG policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state and federal regulations.

Medical Degree Required

DO or MD required

Board Certified/Eligible Required (Internal Med or Family Med)

Current PA State Medical License Required

DEA Registration Required

BLS and ACLS preferred

Current knowledge of chronic care issues and best practices

Skill to build strong working relationships with other physicians and other health care managers.

Enthusiasm for Quality Metrics

Ability to work within interdisciplinary team
