Lancaster County Maintenance Organization is seeking a Roadway Programs Coordinator to organize and direct various administrative and technical support functions essential to the operation of the Lancaster County Maintenance Organization. DESCRIPTION OF WORK You will collaborate with the County Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance Managers to develop the Annual Work Plan (AWP) and oversee the coordination of the county's 213 Surface Improvement Program. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the county budget and making recommendations for adjustments based on budgetary considerations. Other responsibilities include reviewing subordinate reports, approving payrolls, and adjusting work schedules based on reports and analyses. You will also supervise the Purchasing Agent, Stock Clerk, and Roadway Programs Technicians to ensure efficient county operations and adherence to CMMT measures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. This position may be eligible for an alternate work schedule (AWS). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of experience as a Roadway Programs Specialist or Roadway Programs Technician Supervisor; or Three years of experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of methods and techniques used in a roadway maintenance management system; and an associate's degree in a field of business administration, computer science, highway engineering technology or closely related program; or One year of experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of methods and techniques used in a roadway maintenance management system; and a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or civil engineering related discipline; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
