The Compliance Associate be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing loan documents for completeness and quality
• Collecting data and preparing monthly data reports 
• Analyzing data and presenting that data to the Board of Directors
• Reaching out to borrowers to obtain information as needed
• Maintaining the compliance calendar

The Quality Compliance Associates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or similar
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
