Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Post Consumer Brands (PCB) is seeking to appoint an innovative, experienced and hands-on Enterprise Facilities Director. This position is a key member of the HR Leadership team and a critical role that works closely with leaders at our corporate office as well as our manufacturing, pilot plant, distribution center and field sales locations. As a strategic thought leader, the incumbent will develop, influence and advance a holistic facilities strategy across the enterprise. The Enterprise Facilities Director is responsible for all company work sites and will nurture strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders. The outcomes of this position help enable PCB to advance its objectives to be more nimble, better allocate resources, and deliver effective facilities plans. The Enterprise Facilities Director is a unique blend of strategic influence, risk management, and roll up your sleeves involvement to develop and implement workplace experiences. This position is best served by someone with a proven track record communicating internally, externally, and at all levels of the organization. Success at PCB comes from someone who collaborates well with other leaders, creates a highly engaging work environment, is comfortable with leading transformational change and communication, and manages company assets effectively and responsibly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develops and executes strategic and tactical plans for enterprise facilities, which include our corporate office in Lakeville, MN and several locations in the U.S. and Canada. Manages external vendor relationships and performance. Ensures alignment with enterprise strategy across multiple geographies and advances effective workplace experiences. Drives innovation, engagement and agility through industry best practices, staying abreast of trends, tools and capabilities to advance continuous process improvements. Liaise between facility stakeholders to ensure high customer service standards with all suppliers and stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability across all necessary arrangements. Consults with and advises senior management relative to facility operations to ensure optimal functioning, using metrics and data to inform decisions. Works effectively with internal stakeholders (Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement) and outside vendors and contractors to ensure compliance of vendor contracts. Estimates, plans and controls Enterprise Facilities budgets Present ideas and recommendations at all levels within the organization to gain approval of programs or process changes. Responsible for integrity of buildings and structures concerning occupant safety and wellness. Assist in facilities planning for acquisition sites and decommissioning sites as needed. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Area of focus in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in corporate facilities management/design or corporate real estate. Experience managing CRE leasing, acquisition, disposition and site selection. Experience collaborating and managing relationships with third-party vendors and consulting firms. Superior strategic and conceptual thinking skills complemented by strong business acumen and the problem-solving skills necessary to translate strategy into execution. The ability to interpret data and develop action plans based on performance insights. Experience implementing recommendations and driving change in large organizations. Strong project management skills including proven ability to manage multiple projects with short deadlines and effectively managing stakeholders. Proven leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with and influence key stakeholders and external partners. Advanced communication skills and executive presence. Able to effectively deliver messages, consult with and influence leaders and colleagues across the organization, including CEO and executive team. Thrives in demanding and sometimes ambiguous environment and able to adapt to shifting priorities. Highly self-motivated, with keen sense of ownership and passion to develop and inspire teams to deliver results. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Building Codes, OSHA guidelines, and other guidelines/mandates.
