• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Check food quality and prepare food items per customers' orders or supervisors' instructions.
