CTTX Health is currently seeking experienced and dedicated IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) Registered Nurses for travel assignments. As an IMCU RN, you will play a vital role in the care of patients who require intermediate-level nursing care, combining elements of both intensive care and general medical-surgical nursing. This is a travel position, providing the opportunity to work in different healthcare settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Manage and monitor patients on telemetry

• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care conferences

• Stay updated on current trends, developments, and best practices in IMCU nursing
