Adecco is assisting a local client, recruiting for an Account Executive job in Lake Forest, CA . This position is a temp-to hire role.

As an Account Executive you will provide customer service through inbound and outbound phone communications and assist customers in establishing payment agreements on delinquent debt- Apply Now!

Responsibilities for this position includes but is not limited to:

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Complies with all aspects of Fair Debt Practices Act, Bankruptcy Code, and company policies and procedures

• Speak with customers by phone in attempt to determine reason for delinquency, review terms of sales, service or credit contract with customers, and negotiates payment plans and settlement agreements.

• Process repairable and total loss insurance claims as well as collateral trade-in agreements

• obtains and reviews appropriate correspondence and documents, both paper and electronic that pertain to account.

• Coordinates collateral surrender, redemption, and reinstatement with customers, negotiates collateral release agreements with impound/tow companies and submits qualified accounts to Skip Trace Department

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Must complete approved company training, complete an FDCPA course and pass an FDCPA test in order to obtain a collection a Collection Specialist Certification.

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, be able to effectively present information via telephone to customer, and accurately type and enter information into database

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and apply standard procedures and policies when communicating with customers.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
