JOB REQUIREMENTS: RCA Team Lead Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an AM RCA-Team Lead for our 34-apartment High Acuity Assisted Living, CBRF. The AM RCA-Team Lead in High Acuity Assisted acts as a Resident Care Associate and mentor/trainer for new and current staff. This role works Monday through Friday and has an on-call weekend scheduling rotation for Eagle Crest South. Our building is also home to memory care and independent living residents. What You\'ll Do: - Assist residents with personal care, daily activities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity. - This position includes medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks. - Mentors and trains new and current staff on quality care practices, person-centered care, and daily tasks of their position. What You\'ll Need: - Previous direct care experience, preferred - Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team! Other Responsibilities of Job: Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists. Participate in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client\'s needs and plan for continuing services.
