This position provides the opportunity to be innovative and work closely with diverse people in the organization. What you need: Master\'s Degree in a related field 3+ years in the healthcare field or clinical or academic research Gundersen Health System is healthcare for neighbors, by neighbors. We call it Love + Medicine and it\'s who we are.Job Description: The Research Navigator coordinates all aspects of new and ongoing research projects that impact the standard of care recommendations, quality, and outcomes and increase the knowledge base in the literature, all while in support of the mission and objectives of Gundersen Medical Foundation and Gundersen Health System. The Research Navigator also designs and drafts oral and poster presentations for state, national, and international conferences and drafts manuscripts for submission in high-impactjournalswiththeobjectiveofobtaining the widestdisseminationandgreatestimpacton the standardof care recommendations. The Research Navigator provides scientific expertise and guidance in conducting and managing medical research efforts related to translational improvements in the standard of care recommendations. The Research Navigator provides expert advice related to study design, research methodology, and results interpretation. This independent role collaborates with the research team and supports protocol-driven research proposals from inception to the dissemination of results.
