JOB REQUIREMENTS: Memory Care Nurse Manager Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a skilled RN to use their high-quality clinical, supervisory, and customer service skills as a Nursing Manager in our Eagle Crest South community. The Nursing Manager will join us in leading a solid team of licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals to provide caring and compassionate nursing care to up to 63 residents in the Memory Care units. What You\'ll Do: - Oversee resident care from admission assessment through discharge, consistent with regulations and established best practices for the Memory Care units. - Responsible for the initial and ongoing staff training - especially with medication management - This position partner with the unit\'s Program Coordinator, for service deliver - The Nursing Manager will be supervising a team of nurses, including disciplinary actions when necessary. What You\'ll Need: - Current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse - 2+ years\' experience in a leadership role and/or supervisor capacity in a healthcare or related field preferred. - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices. - Experience in acute care or long-term care is beneficial - Valid driver\'s license and safe driving record required Other Responsibilities of Job: Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel. Plan, implement, and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. Monitor the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services. Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the facility or medical unit.
