Trane Technologies Factory Operations Manager in La Crosse, Wisconsin

This role will be working onsite at our La Crosse WI facility in one of two schedules--2nd shift M-F 4pm-midnight or Weekends Fri-Sun 6:30-6:30 and is a safety-sensitive position.
Responsibilities:
Implement and control the production schedule.
Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
Determine the human resources and material resources required.
Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
Ensure adherence to product quality standards.
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
Prepare and maintain production reports.
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including materials, engineering, and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years of Operations Experience
Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
Knowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean).

Base Pay Range: $110,000-130,000 annually
