[Strong Solutions Group Homes require daily housekeeping, paperwork, medication management and care logs, detailed notes and communication between the Administrator and Program Managers.

1. Detailed notes
2. Ensures wholesome meal preparation
3. Ensures appropriate cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of home .
4. [Provides personal care and support services required for each support recipient, including, but not limited to, activities of daily living and community activities.]{century="" gothic=""}
   1. Ensures each individual participates safely in a wide range of age-appropriate activities.
   2. Ensures goals and objectives are being worked on as outlined in the Support Plan.
5. Coordinates, and provides if necessary, transportation to meet support recipient's schedules, including public transportation and rides to work, appointments, and activities.
6. Monitors resident's health .
7. Facilitates, coordinates, and/or participates in team meetings occurring during work days, as required. Participates in staff training as needed.
8. Accurately completes time sheets, daily log notes, service notes, goal tracking, and other documentation required while working in the home.

[Requirements]{century="" gothic=""}

• Current TB clearance
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to get certified
• Excellent communication skills, reading, writing and verbal
• Ability to lift 35 lbs, or 1/3 of body weight, whichever is less, on a regular basis
• Must be 18 years or older, per State of Alaska regulations
• Pass a criminal background check under The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) Background Check Unit (BCU)
