Responsibilities

Supervises functions related to support of Logistics in the facility, including shipping, receiving, and material control

Lead improvements activities for quality, delivery, cost and safety objectives and will support continuous improvement through Kaizen.

Coordinates inbound and outbound traffic and maintains required documentation

Monitors production output, actual to schedule, and compensates where necessary.

Monitors budget and records expenses for KPI while pursuing cost objectives.

Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and experience which includes but is not limited to, providing direction, assisting employees with questions/concerns, providing positive and constructive feedback, training, coaching and discipling employees

Enter correct inventory transactions into the Inventory Management database to maintain good inventory accuracy and ensuring that cycle counts are performed accurately.
