We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our distribution centers and restaurant customers, processing purchase orders, and assisting with various sales support activities. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide service to distribution centers and restaurant customers.

• Process purchases orders received from Distribution Centers.

• Provide confirmation of pricing, freight, expected delivery or pick up dates to the DC.

• Provides sales assistance, encouraging buyers to increase orders to reach next level discounted freight.

• Review shipping documents and prepare invoices.

• Answer customer questions or complaints.

• Help set-up and maintain the customer database.

• Assist warehouse personnel with any questions regarding orders.
