Required: * 18 years of age * Complete and pass required site-specific guide school, compliant with ADTM standards (Fees apply) * Valid First Aid and CPR certification card before beginning work * Valid driver\'s license * Work long hours and irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays * Handle stressful or emergent situations calmly and effectively * Handle multiple tasks at once * Demonstrate strong attention to detail * Outstanding interpersonal skills * Experience successfully working in a team Preferred: * Prior experience with guiding, outdoor recreation, athletics, educational roles, high ropes instruction, or zip-lining * Post-secondary education in tourism, recreation, and hospitality Duties Include: * Display professional leadership and unforgettable customer service * Create, maintain, and articulate a tour narrative * In cooperation with another guide, oversee the progress and experience of each assigned tour group * Safely transport guests in UTVs to ground school location * Greet guests promptly and enthusiastically in a warm and professional manner * Outfit guests according to safety standards * Conduct pre-screening and ground school safety orientation for each tour group * Challenge or motivate guests during tour as appropriate * Perform course resources * Manage tour timing efficiently to meet operational time requirements * Perform daily opening and/or closing procedures of the zipline course * Conduct complete inspections of all course components and gear daily * Report gear, course, and personal safety concerns/infractions promptly to management * Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety, and technical protocols at all times * Take guest photos at designated locations * Maintain communication with guide and ground team members using company radios * Promote social media reviews and opportunities to purchase souvenirs to tour groups * Assist with overall site appearance, cleanliness, and trail/course maintenance * Attend required meetings and trainings * Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance * Perform other duties as assigned *** 10-40 hours/week.
