Write and execute contracts and estimates 3. Plan, schedule projects and fill work pipeline 4. Facilitate company growth benchmarks 5. Build and execute marketing and canvassing campaigns 6. Deliver and manage high customer service standards 7. Data management and reporting 8. Plan and execute community event involvement Duties Include: * Exceed company benchmarks for rake of sales and quote delivery * Write accurate job estimates and contracts * Assist field drew in project management to meet timelines and customer expectations * Plan work ahead of schedule to maintain a continuous workflow * Increase the volume of viable customer leads * Understand customer\'s project expectations and coordinate accordingly * Keep an organized filing system, database records and deliver performance reporting * Effectively communicate our product offering and values to the community
