*** Position is located approximately 10 miles from Downtown Klamath Falls *** Required: * Previous guest service and golf experience * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Basic computer and typing skills * Multitask and work under pressure * Listening and comprehension skills * Standing/walking up to 6-8 hours * Lifting and carrying items such as golf bags (up to 50 pounds) up to 1-3 hours Summary: Responsible for welcoming property owner/guests and proving excellent customer service. Duties Include: * Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm * Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities and hours of operation, as well as dining options * Explain all golf products, services and other information about the resort * Possess a good understanding of golf rules and regulations and proper course etiquette * Answer any questions and assist guests with their requests * Resolve guest issues focusing on guest satisfaction, use supervisor assistance if needed * Keep golf carts, range balls and club rentals clean, presentable and available for use * Keep driving range clean and water containers filled * Maintain trash and restroom receptacles * Maintain ground area around the pro shop and driving range * Maintain good personal hygiene and clean work environment * Assist with administrative duties as needed * Maintain a good working relationship with all departments * Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the Employee Handbook * Perform all other duties as assigned
