Job Description

A large, commercialized insurance client is seeking a data entry associate. This person will be joining the Bonds division, assisting in data entry work. The following are some of the responsibilities:

• Data entry needed to convert data from 3 systems into 1

• Enter and/or update electron bond records using both 3rd party websites and proprietary software

• Compare data from spreadsheets and update systems

• Utilize Commercial Surety Robotic Process Automation to update bond records and attachments

• Convert all documents to PDF with specific naming conventions

Skills and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in data entry/CSR

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Good organizational and soft skills Any insurance/surety knowledge or experience null
