Position Title Adjunct Faculty-Anatomy & Physiology (Evenings/Weekends)

FLSA Exempt

Full Time/Part Time Part Time

Department Biology

Campus Central Campus

Location Central Campus

Salary Per Adjunct Pay Scale

Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - Evening & Weekends as needed

Summary of Position

To teach lecture and/or lab courses as assigned by the Department Chair. Selected applicants will be interviewed to establish a pool of approved Biology/A&P instructors for possible Part-Time teaching assignments in the Science Department.

Minimum Required Education

Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Anatomy & Physiology and or related courses from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

Minimum Required Experience

Community college and/or secondary teaching experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate with written and oral expertise in the English language.

Ability to promote an effective environment for learning in lecture and lab experiences.

Ability to teach students from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
