Welder - Hiring Urgently

Job Description:

• Hours:

• 1st shift hours (6:00am - 4:30pm) (Monday - Friday)

• Overtime:

• 6:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday.

• Pay:

• $20.00-$25.00/hr

• Extra:

• Pension once hired in (55 cents for every hour you are paid).

• Increasing PTO scale (1 week after a year), (2 weeks after 2 years) all the way up to 4 weeks!

• Advancement - Room for promotion & advancement into a Lead Welder/Supervisor.

• Cross training - Room for welders to learn various skills they couldn't else where.

Job Duties:

• Welders will be reading blueprints to weld large scale steel and aluminum fixtures for the power and construction industry, primarily with MIG welding and occasional Flux Core welding. Contractors will be helping out with fitting responsibilities. Welders will be helping out with machine operation when needed.

• Environment: Open environment, have large windows that they open in the summer and close in the winter. Not climate controlled, but they do have large fans to keep it cool. General shop environment, but is clean and organized.

• 3+ years of mig welding experience

• 1+ years of Flux Core Welding, blueprint reading, fitting, machine operation
