Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Engineers, Software is located in Bothell, WA will design and code scalable systems and software solutions that address business and technical needs. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Define and maintain architecture and technology standards for high impact , large customer base web & mobile retail applications. Providing the technical solutions & coding for high-level executable architecture. Collaborate with design team to implement prototype and proof-of-concept for the applications. Development & Maintenance of Web Applications using WebSphere Commerce, Micro-Services and Java/J2EE Technologies. Leverage Swift to Develop iOS Devope iOS mobile applications in Swift, SwiftUI & StoryBoards, and creating SwiftUI Unit Testing & UI Testing for Views & ViewModels . Participate in support activities for the maintenance/development production releases, supporting user acceptance testing and validating all the tickets & user stories deployed. Production application support & Change request management. Preparation of performance report & participate in performance improvement of the application by code refactoring & SQL query tuning. Support all the lower environments like QLAB, PLAB, STAGE &Training. Execute technical design and implementation of iOS applications. FastLane code coverage, reviews & Swiftlint to enforce Swift style and conventions. Unit testing, JUnit testing, Functional & System integration testing. Collaborate with Product Teams, UI/UX designers, and Quality Engineers. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Skill requirements: Must have professional experience in: Building API, UI, Logging patterns & Catalog patterns for scalable large volume retail applications. Operationalizing iOS caching patterns using UI and iOS SwiftUI. Developing API using Java, J2EE, SpringBoot and scalable API microservices for AWS cloud. Mobile App development in Swift, SwiftUI & StoryBoards. Database Tuning, Table partitioning, and Archiving tables. Writing SQL queries and store procedures and supporting, upgrading, and managing large databases Using WCS, Struts, Spring, and Oracle. Caching for Redis and Lamda on AWS. Migrating Java, Linux & IBM WAS with latest versions for the live web application. Customizing promotions for order level, item level & shipping level using promotion engine. Creating Inbound & Outbound message queues for order queuing. Developing User Interfaces using SWIFT, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, XML, and AJAX. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, or related, and 1 year of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
