Job Title: Transportation Manager Reports To: CEO

Company: C1 Transportation, Inc. Location: JOLIET, IL

Manage the over the road truck transportation division, including the identification of new business opportunities and the development of new products and services.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the division, including the scheduling and dispatch of trucks, the management of driver and vehicle safety programs, and the implementation of quality control measures.

Collaborate with the CEO and other management to align the divisions objectives with the companys overall strategy.

Lead and manage the over the road truck transportation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching as needed.

Monitor and report on the divisions performance, including regular analysis of key metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards.
