JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Job Duties: - Schedule and monitor jobs within the Lathe Department. - Programming complex prototype and production parts using Fanuc controls. - Set-up CNC Lathes with live tooling, multiple turrets and barfeeders. - Adhering to and maintaining quality standards throughout the machining process. - Training, directing and monitoring 1-3 employees on multiple machines. - Complete all related paperwork and interface with ERP system. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal Candidates Should: - Have a passion, desire and commitment to the CNC Machining trade. - Have extensive experience with CNC machining, programming, tooling, operation sequencing. - Have experience in a \"job shop\" environment highly technical parts, low quantity runs. - Experience with Fusion 360 is a plus. - Knowledge of ISO standards and procedures a plus.
