We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, conducting bank reconciliations, overseeing general ledger reconciliation, managing property tax filings, performing journal entries, and assisting with month-end procedures. 100% IN OFFICE, LOCATED IN JAX BEACH

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.

• Oversee general ledger reconciliation to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reported.

• Coordinate property tax filings and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Perform journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions in the general ledger.

• Assist with month-end procedures, including preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.

• Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Adhere to internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

• Support financial audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
