Aston Carter Supplier Support Analyst in Irving, Texas

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of projects and assign cross-functional responsibilities by team, ensuring alignment with targeted go-live dates for new vendors and/or new stores.

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to successful implementation.

  • Work closely with vendors to gather necessary information required for setup across various departments and systems, including Accounting, Merchandising, and IT (EDI).

  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational requirements.

  • Ensure that new vendors are fully set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the setup process and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

  • Collect, review, and submit all required internal forms and documentation for processing across systems.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the setup process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and comparing patterns to execute strategic decision-making. Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and processes, particularly in data analysis and documentation.

  • Familiarity with Distribution Channels: Understanding of Direct Store Delivery (DSD), wholesale, and Consolidated Distribution Channel (CDC), including their operational dynamics and requirements.

  • Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros, to effectively manage and manipulate large datasets for analysis and reporting purposes.

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and changing circumstances.
