Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Web Content Specialist in Irvine, California. The Web Content Specialist will primarily be responsible for managing and updating our website content through various Content Management Systems (CMS). This role involves working closely with marketing teams and SEO agencies, handling graphics needs, and implementing changes based on received Figma files.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various Content Management Systems (CMS) to load and update website content for multiple brands.

• Solve technical issues related to website content management.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the alignment of web content with overall brand awareness strategies.

• Work with SEO agencies to optimize web content for search engines.

• Handle graphics needs including selecting and cropping images using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Transform Figma files into website content within the CMS.

• Manage web content for franchise sales, including maintaining subsites.

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure consistency and accuracy of web content.

• Document processes and procedures related to web content management.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in web content management and digital design. Requirements • Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS)

• Experience in increasing brand awareness

• Strong design skills, particularly in digital mediums

• Ability to create and manage documentation

• Knowledge of graphic design principles

• Familiarity with design software such as Figma

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Proven track record in web content creation and management
