Gogebic Community College seeks candidates for a full-time tenure-track, faculty position to teach CDL courses beginning Fall semester 2024. This position reports to the Vice President of Academic Services and would be located at the Ironwood Campus. We seek a candidate with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, someone with the ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning, current CDL licenses, and one who possesses knowledge of the trucking industry practices and FMCSA regulations.

This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to assist our program in a promising future. The successful candidate should not only have a strong instructional skill set but he or she should also be willing and able to help develop and implement a sustainable future vision for the program. Knowledge of and ability to pass state and federal certifications and requirements are needed to be successful in this position.

The starting salary for this position is $49,452.54. The College offers a generous benefits package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, retirement benefits, and employee-paid leave programs.
