McDonald's Guest Experience Lead (GEL) in INMAN, South Carolina
Requirements:
A McDonald’s Guest Experience Lead is responsible for a wide variety of tasks throughout the
restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
Handling any concerns
Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to Read and Write
Possess Basic Computer Knowledge
Ability to count money and accurately give change
Have a positive attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Work as a member of a team
Manage Time effectively
Must be 16 years of Age with at least a 9th Grade education
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
