Do you want to work in Quality Control? Do you enjoy performing functional testing on reagents? Then read on! We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst 1 who will be responsible for performing inspection and functional testing on reagent products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Perform inspection and functional testing on incoming products.

  • Maintain the Quality Assurance laboratory supplies and equipment.

  • Recommend accept/reject for discrepant product, change orders, and product labeling.

  • Support customer complaint investigations and customer audits.

  • Generate, prepare, and issue data for assigned quality reports.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 2+ years of relevant experience or Associates or HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience.

  • Experience Required: 2+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

  • Strong basic laboratory skills, such as pipetting and preparing solutions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a GLP/GMP/ISO 9001 company, preferably in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience with DNA and/or RNA extraction and flow cytometry technology.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and applications.
