Description

Join our team of Project and work on dynamic long-term projects. The majority of our team members are long-term employees who enjoy consistent work and a collaborative team approach! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop projects from planning through closing.
  • Responsible for ensuring work is performed within scope and is consistent with requirements and standards.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options on how to progress.
  • Provide solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Provide effective status reports and consistent communication.
  • Perform day-to-day management of project teams, identify issues and risks, and recommend possible issue and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, adhere to deadlines, and allocate resources.
  • Delegate tasks to resources best positioned for completion.
  • Adjust schedules and targets as needed.
  • Motivate people involved to follow standards and complete tasks on time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or related areas.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience working and communicating with leadership and skilled technical staff.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interact, communicate with, and build relationships with team members with diverse backgrounds, knowledge, and experience.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Must be local to either Indianapolis, IN or Baltimore, MD.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
  • PMP certification preferred, but not required.

Where You'll Work

Moser has two offices in Indianapolis, IN, and one in Baltimore, MD. You will have the choice to work from one of our Indianapolis, IN office locations, or flex your time. This is a hybrid/onsite position.
