PLC TECHNICIAN

Indianapolis, Indiana.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the selection, installation, programming, documentation, and knowledge of all plant instrumentation and automatic devices. You will report to the Maintenance Manager. You will work at our Indianapolis Bakery plant and earn $37.75 per hour. This position is for the night shift.

SKILLS

• PLC troubleshooting across the manufacturing floor

• Document and track production variables, downtime, product samples

• Ensure proper blending of raw materials by weight or automatic metering systems

• Follow and document time and temperature points in recipe specifications

• Support the Performance System

• Follow up on control work and ensure contractors provide fully documented PLC programs and training

SHIFT

• This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Months.

• 2nd or 3rd shift

• Monday through Friday

• 8hr shifts with OT

• 3:00pm - 11:30pm
