Fixed Operations Manager

A s a Fixed Operations Manager at Dent Wizard International you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented Recon Technicians and provide world-class service to our customers. Working as part of a team you will help us grow to be even better. We are hiring in Indianapolis, IN for a results-driven leader with operational experience .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high- performing team.

• Ensure five-star customer service and build strong customer relationships.

• Drive operational efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.

• Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate supplies and parts ordering.

  Requirements:

• Proven leadership and operations management experience.

• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

• Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating collision is a plus.

  Compensation:

• Starting base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

• Additional commission or bonus opportunities may apply.

• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k match.

  The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting base salary is expected to be between $45,000 and $55,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include commission or bonus. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
