Lumeris Sales Support Coordinator (Hybrid) in St. Louis, Missouri

Position:

Sales Support Coordinator (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

Responsible for setting up sales events and ensuring strict compliance with CMS regulations. Encompasses a wide range of skills, including helping to close a sale and the ability to host a meeting, if needed. Requires a State Insurance License, which Essence will provide.

This role requires travel to the Chicago and surrounding areas 20% of the time.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plans events and coordinates with the locations to set up events.

  • Assigns sales reps to events.

  • Adds locations and events to MedicareCRM.

  • Coordinates Events with Broker Groups / Adding to MCRM.

  • Uploads Events to CMS.

  • Handles all edits and cancelations of meetings within MCRM system and upload changes to CMS.

  • Places reminders to sales agents and brokers and locations about meetings.

  • Sets up meetings (requires lifting, carting of heavy boxes).

  • Handles attendance before meeting starts.

  • Supports sales at events by handling the information table or mingling with attendees after meeting, helping close sales/meetings (bringing in average of 3 extra applications per meeting).

  • Helps update meetings in MCRM system if needed.

  • Performs other duties as necessary.

  • Summer - Helps Corporate Office pull compliance data for an audit.

  • Summer - May help with Welcome calls.

  • Summer - TBA: Supports selling or other Event Types as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

  • Complete understanding of CMS guidelines and Essence MAPD product

  • Must be able to obtain MO state insurance license

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Ability to present in emergency situations

Working Conditions

  • Required travel to Chicago and surrounding areas 20% of the time.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:

$49,200.00-$63,000.00
