Sinclair Broadcast Group Sr. Specialist, Procure to Pay in Hunt Valley, Maryland

Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for a Sr. Procure to Pay Specialist! This position is a full time in-office role in our Hunt Valley office.

Responsibilities include :

  • High volume AP Data entry (300 plus invoices per week)

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing of company-wide invoices, achieving or exceeding targets for Accounts Payable

  • Resolves AP processing exceptions by working with the appropriate external and internal contacts

  • Researches vendor inquires and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning invoice status and payments

  • Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings

  • Work with the Supplier team as appropriate to resolve issues and ensure accurate tax reporting

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

  • Process SBG Wires

  • Workflow Approval

Experience :

  • At least two (2) years of experience is preferred

  • 4-year degree is preferred
