Assist with loading and fetching materials, block feeder, grading, digging, prep work, painting, lay block, brick and paver installs; This includes:

• Operation loader, skidsteer and hand carts.
• Site preparation for paver, block and brick install including as required: excavating either by hand or machine; leveling using laser, electronic and hand leveling devices, compacting by hand or with a compactor, installing sand, gravel and/or other base materials
• Laying block, brick, pavers by hand, with excavators and suction devices
• Painting exterior structures, decks and landscaping enhancements.
• Demonstrate project and assignment initiative. Knowledge of materials and best practices for brick installation including proper underlayment, weed and undergrowth prevention, properly foundation soil layering, seal coatings for pavers, joint compounds suitable for pavers and brick, moisture barriers and subsoils.
• Work independently when needed. Requirements: 2 years of experience working with: landscaping projects/construction and brick installation.
