JOB SUMMARY

Nabors is seeking a high performing Business process intern to support and automate business processes and solutions. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and optimization of the company's key business processes, including Digitalization, Record to Report, Plan to Make, Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash and Hire to Retire business processes. You will work closely with the company's business analysts and other team members to assist in the analysis of business processes, data, and systems. You will gather and analyze information, conduct research, and create reports to support the decision-making process. You will also assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve business processes and achieve business objectives. Internship based in Houston, TX.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in conducting research and gathering data related to the company's business processes and systems

• Help in analyzing business data, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement or automation

• Assist in preparing and presenting reports to management and other stakeholders

• Support the development of business strategies and plans

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology- enabled solutions to meet business needs

• Identify automation industry best practices and recommend opportunities to improve work procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective project management skills (task identification, prioritization, and documentation)
