Description

We are in search of a meticulous Invoice Processor to join our client in the Healthcare industry, based in Houston, Texas. This role offers a contract employment opportunity, with a blend of on-site and remote work. As an Invoice Processor, you will be instrumental in managing high volumes of invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and engaging with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of high volumes of invoices on a weekly basis

• Undertake 3-way matching with purchase orders as necessary

• Handle account reconciliation and account analysis tasks

• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for tasks requiring pivot tables and vlookups

• Manage vendor relationships and address vendor inquiries

• Leverage experience with Form 1099 for relevant tasks

• Execute tasks in Oracle Cloud, although prior experience in this system is not mandatory

• Employ Concur and Concur Expense for specific tasks

• Maintain and manage customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Invoice Processor in the Healthcare industry

• Proficiency in using Form 1099, External Suppliers, Analysis, and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Strong understanding of Account Reconciliation and Account Analysis

• Proven experience in Vendor Management

• Familiarity with Concur Expense and Concur software

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle Cloud is highly desirable

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
