Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Controller based in Houston, Texas. This role is within the financial industry and requires the individual to manage all aspects of financial control within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, utilizing various software systems, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems and ERP Solutions.

• Manage financial services including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations and other related standards.

• Lead the budget process and conduct regular auditing to ensure financial accuracy.

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to streamline accounting functions.

• Oversee the financial aspects of ADP - Financial Services.

• Regularly review and update accounting functions and processes.

• Manage and resolve any financial inquiries or issues.

• Monitor the organization's financial status and prepare financial reports.

• Implement and manage financial controls within the organization. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of DCAA regulations and standards

• Familiar with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Experience implementing and managing ERP Solutions

• Capable of handling all Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Proficient in Auditing procedures

• Experience with Budget Processes and planning.
