Our engagements cover the gamut, including system conversions, consolidations, mergers/acquisitions, cover for medical/maternity leaves, annual audits, staff reductions, and peak workload demands.

We welcome a robust Accounts Receivable Specialist having a significant understanding of Microsoft Excel. The variety in your background is an advantage with us. Ideally, you'd have experience in processing invoices and credits, cash applications, collections, and data entry along with comprehensive knowledge of various accounting aspects.

Our role offers a challenging and multifaceted platform where your efforts get properly rewarded. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around Accounts Receivable, like processing daily invoices/credits, applying cash, assisting in the collection of past due balances, general accounting, administration support, and contributing to ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

We seek a candidate who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in accounting

• Has experience working in large ERP systems

• Possesses advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)

• Boasts a diverse background and showcases a zeal to learn

• Demonstrates technical expertise and experience with large accounting packages

• Shows a willingness to adapt to different environments and situations.
