SAIC Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTP) Leads in HONOLULU, Hawaii

Description

We are seeking Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTP) Leads at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

The Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTP) Lead plans, develops, manages, and supports the operation and performance of the Collection, Exploitation, Curation, and Dissemination OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, ELINTand MASINT activities, monitoring tools, techniques and processes (TTPs). Using TTPs conducts the collection and exploitation of OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT ELINT and MASINT via a Government-approved suite of tools, applications, and platforms to answer both standing and ad hoc open-source intelligence requirements promptly, as required by the time sensitivity of the requirement. Utilizes the AARs to identify any lessons learned and continuously refine the TSPs and TTPs based upon the knowledge gained. Supports additional training requirements that may manifest in response to the Army Modernization Strategy when new formations are fielded with the modern equipment and capabilities required to operate in the MDO.

Duties:

  • Prepares ad hoc responses to requirements or Open-Source Intelligence Reports, in line with the standards and guidelines of the DoD and the broader Intelligence Community.

  • Assists soldiers, civilians, and contractors in Army Intelligence roles to conduct critical tasks in the research, collection, production, exploitation, and dissemination of Multi INT products, as needed.

  • Using approved TTPs collect various finished Multi INT products across classified and unclassified domains.

  • Conducts curation of finished Multi INT products to include proper classification and meta-tagging for searchability.

  • Places all curated data on the appropriate network (classified and unclassified).

  • Collects, combines, and tracks TTP metrics on Multi INT production, requirements, and evaluations in US Army and IC Targeting Campaigns, operations, and other efforts across the Joint Forces and the Intelligence Community, including USARPAC.

  • Supports performance of TTPs as part of a larger program under direction of PM.

  • Supports and integrates TTP activities per requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.

  • Defines or contributes to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with TTP baseline requirements.

  • Supports TTP risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.

  • Ensures compliance with TTP quality standards and escalate challenges promptly.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

  • There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

DESIRED:

  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires

  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have an active TS clearance to start work

  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
