Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate, dedicated Caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors at our Kane'ohe Facilities. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for direct care and support to our elderly clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $24 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and assistance to seniors in our Kane'ohe Facilities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. - Monitor and document clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor. - Engage in meaningful activities and conversations with clients to promote socialization and companionship. - Follow all care plans and schedules provided by the client's healthcare team. - Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members.
