Our client is looking for a NBS Pool Tech for a 3-month contract in Hillsboro, OR 97124.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years technical experience desired.

  • A+ certification required within 90 days of start date.

  • Windows/Linux imaging.

  • Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting.

  • Basic server imaging with limited troubleshooting.

  • Basic Linux OS troubleshooting.

  • Basic printer support and troubleshooting.

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8 and 10.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Putting OS on client laptops/desktops/tablets, configuration of laptops/desktops/tablets and client data migration.

  • Advanced break/fix support of software/hardware issues for clients.

  • Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database.

  • Flexibility changing directions within an hour, sometimes less.

  • Travelling between buildings using personal vehicle/via foot

  • Cleanroom support is required.
