Description

We are in search of a diligent Full Charge Bookkeeper for a client out of Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Resolve any customer credit inquiries professionally and promptly

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly for any discrepancies or issues

• Take necessary action to collect delinquent payments from customers

• Regularly use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks efficiently

• Perform bank reconciliations as required

• Manage bi-Monthly Payroll tasks ensuring accuracy and punctuality

• Demonstrate a high level of detail orientation in all tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
